About Tracy

I am an integrative Adult therapist, administrator and also have the pleasure of being the Finance Director at IntraQuest C.I.C

Being an introvert, I love nothing more than sitting in a sunny spot listening to music or reading a book. Having a young daughter and a very yappy little dog doesn’t very often allow for this, so spending time with her, or laughing with friends and family is also right at the top of the list. I’m a positive person and believe very much that good can come out of every situation, no matter how it feels at the time, so patience and a positive approach always wins the day.

I have been working with IntraQuest since 2015, and I love it. The passion, drive and purpose of the company is addictive.  My therapeutic training was carried out whilst working with Karen and Jen, and their support and guidance most definitely helped me become a better counsellor.

My time is spread between finance & administration in the mornings, then counselling clients in the afternoon in face-to-face sessions. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing an individual’s personal growth, self-acceptance and self-love, its makes everything worthwhile.
