Where you purchase a product, course, digital resource or other service from us, any additional information provided on the relevant sales page, checkout page, booking information or confirmation email will also form part of your agreement with us.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. About our website
Our website provides information about IntraQuest, our services, programmes, training, resources and other activities.
These may include:
-
therapeutic services;
-
psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments;
-
learning needs assessments;
-
coaching;
-
wellbeing services;
-
professional training;
-
online courses;
-
events;
-
books;
-
downloadable resources;
-
educational materials;
-
community programmes.
Not every IntraQuest service is purchased directly through our website.
Therapy, assessment, commissioned and other professional services may be arranged separately and invoiced through our accounting system.
Those services may be subject to separate engagement letters, payment terms, service agreements, commissioning agreements or other contractual terms.
Where separate terms apply, those terms will take priority in relation to the relevant service.
3. Website information is not individual professional advice
Information available through our website is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
It is not intended to constitute individual:
-
medical advice;
-
psychological advice;
-
psychiatric advice;
-
therapeutic advice;
-
diagnostic advice;
-
legal advice;
-
safeguarding advice;
-
educational assessment.
Website information should not be used as a substitute for an individual assessment or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Visiting our website or accessing general information does not create a therapeutic, clinical or professional relationship between you and IntraQuest.
If you or another person requires urgent medical assistance, emergency support or immediate safeguarding intervention, you should contact the appropriate emergency, health or safeguarding service.
4. Accuracy of website information
We take reasonable care to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, our:
-
services;
-
prices;
-
programmes;
-
course dates;
-
team members;
-
availability;
-
resources;
-
website content
may change from time to time.
We may update, amend or remove website content without prior notice.
Where a particular price, programme description, course date, access period or other material term forms part of a purchase, the information presented to you at the time your order is placed will normally apply.
If we discover a material error affecting an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Eligibility to purchase
You must normally be aged 18 or over to purchase products, courses or services through our website unless we expressly state otherwise.
If you purchase training on behalf of a school, local authority, business, charity or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to make that purchase.
Some IntraQuest training programmes may have:
-
professional requirements;
-
experience requirements;
-
safeguarding requirements;
-
insurance requirements;
-
qualification requirements.
Where applicable, these will be explained on the relevant course page or before enrolment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrolment where clearly stated eligibility requirements have not been met.
Where IntraQuest cancels enrolment for this reason before access or delivery begins, any amounts paid will be dealt with fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
6. Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the relevant product, course or digital content on these Terms.
Before completing your order, you should check:
-
the product or course selected;
-
the total price;
-
whether VAT applies;
-
payment arrangements;
-
course dates;
-
access arrangements;
-
delivery arrangements;
-
eligibility requirements;
-
these Terms and Conditions.
A contract will normally be formed when we accept your order and provide confirmation or make the purchased product or content available to you.
We may decline an order where there is a legitimate reason, including where:
-
a product is unavailable;
-
a course is full;
-
a pricing or technical error has occurred;
-
eligibility requirements have not been met;
-
payment has not been authorised;
-
fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
7. Prices
The price applicable to your purchase will be shown on the relevant sales or checkout page.
Where VAT applies, this will be stated as required.
Any applicable delivery charges for physical goods will be displayed or communicated before purchase.
We may change our prices from time to time.
Changes will not normally affect an order we have already accepted.
8. Payment
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe or PayPal.
Payment may be required:
-
in full;
-
by deposit;
-
through an agreed payment plan.
The available payment options will be shown at checkout or communicated before purchase.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method.
9. Payment plans
Where IntraQuest offers a payment plan for a course, product or programme, you are entering into a commitment to pay the full agreed purchase price.
A payment plan is a facility allowing the total price to be paid by instalments.
It is not a monthly subscription and cannot simply be cancelled part way through because you decide not to continue with the course, unless we have expressly described the product as a subscription or you have a legal right to cancel.
By choosing a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments forming part of the total purchase price, subject to your statutory rights and any cancellation rights set out in these Terms.
Where we provide full or partial course access before all instalments have been paid, this does not remove your obligation to complete the agreed payment plan.
If a payment fails, we may:
-
contact you regarding the outstanding payment;
-
request an alternative payment method;
-
retry the payment where permitted;
-
temporarily suspend access to the course or member area;
-
restrict access to future course sessions or materials;
-
take reasonable steps to recover sums lawfully due.
Suspension of course access because payments have not been made does not automatically cancel the outstanding balance.
We will never seek payment for sums that are not legally due.
Where you experience genuine financial difficulty, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss your circumstances.
10. Digital courses and digital content
Some IntraQuest products are provided wholly or partly in digital form.
These may include:
-
online training;
-
course modules;
-
recorded training;
-
video;
-
audio;
-
PDFs;
-
downloadable workbooks;
-
worksheets;
-
templates;
-
digital books;
-
course manuals;
-
member-area content;
-
educational resources.
Where immediate access is offered, you may be given access to digital content shortly after payment or enrolment.
11. Immediate access and the statutory cancellation period
Consumers purchasing online will often have a statutory 14-day cancellation period.
Different rules apply where a customer asks for digital content to be provided immediately.
Where digital content is made available during the statutory cancellation period, we will ask you to:
-
expressly request that the supply of the digital content begins immediately; and
-
acknowledge that once the supply of that digital content begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel that digital content.
Where you provide that express consent and acknowledgement and access to the digital content begins, you will not normally have a 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right in relation to that digital content.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content:
-
is faulty;
-
is materially not as described;
-
does not meet applicable legal requirements;
-
has not been supplied as agreed.
Where we have not obtained any legally required consent or acknowledgement before providing immediate digital access, your statutory rights will continue to apply.
12. Refund policy for digital courses and digital resources
Except where required by law or where a specific product expressly states otherwise, IntraQuest does not normally provide refunds for digital courses, digital resources or downloadable materials once immediate access has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement.
This means that, once access has begun, we do not normally provide refunds because you:
-
change your mind;
-
decide you no longer wish to complete the course;
-
do not have enough time to complete the course;
-
fail to access the content;
-
do not complete the programme;
-
change jobs or circumstances;
-
later decide that the course is not suitable for your personal circumstances.
Our decision not to offer a discretionary change-of-mind refund does not affect your statutory rights.
You may still have legal remedies where, for example:
-
digital content is faulty;
-
content is materially different from what was advertised;
-
a significant part of what you purchased has not been supplied;
-
consumer law otherwise gives you a remedy.
Where a programme contains both digital content and live training, the cancellation rules may differ between those elements.
Any additional course-specific refund, cancellation or transfer provisions will be explained before purchase.
13. Live training and scheduled programmes
Some IntraQuest training programmes may combine digital content with:
-
live online training;
-
face-to-face training;
-
workshops;
-
supervision;
-
group sessions;
-
other scheduled activities.
Course dates, trainers, venues or delivery methods may occasionally need to change.
This could be due to circumstances such as:
-
trainer illness;
-
venue problems;
-
insufficient participant numbers;
-
technical problems;
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we make a significant change, we will provide reasonable notice wherever possible.
Where IntraQuest cancels a scheduled element and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we will deal fairly with the affected part of your purchase. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
-
transfer to an alternative date;
-
credit;
-
replacement delivery;
-
refund of the affected element.
Separate course-specific cancellation and transfer rules may apply and will be communicated before booking.
14. Physical books and resources
Where you purchase a physical book or other physical product online, different statutory cancellation rights apply from those applying to immediately supplied digital content.
Where applicable, consumers may have the right to tell us they wish to cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Following cancellation, goods should normally be returned within the applicable statutory return period.
You must take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.
Unless the goods are faulty or IntraQuest is responsible for the return cost, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this was made clear before purchase.
Where required by law, eligible refunds will be made within the applicable statutory timeframe.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
Certain statutory exceptions may apply to particular categories of goods.
15. Delivery of physical products
Delivery information for physical products will be displayed or communicated before purchase.
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.
Where no separate period has been agreed, we will comply with applicable consumer law concerning delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused entirely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although this does not remove your statutory rights.
Please contact us if an order has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
16. Course and member-area access
Some IntraQuest products are delivered through a password-protected online member area.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase provides access to the named participant only.
Your account access is personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for:
-
providing accurate registration information;
-
keeping your password confidential;
-
keeping login details secure;
-
ensuring another person does not use your individual account;
-
notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not share your login details with another person so that they can obtain access to paid content without purchasing or being authorised for that access.
Where an organisation requires access for multiple members of staff, an appropriate multi-user, organisational or additional-participant arrangement must be purchased or agreed with IntraQuest.
17. Suspension or termination of course access
We may temporarily suspend or, in serious cases, terminate course access where we reasonably believe:
-
an account is being shared with unauthorised users;
-
course materials are being copied or distributed unlawfully;
-
materials are being resold;
-
access is being used fraudulently;
-
payments are materially overdue;
-
there has been a serious breach of these Terms;
-
our intellectual property rights are being infringed.
Where appropriate, we will attempt to resolve the issue before permanently removing access.
Suspending access because of a breach does not automatically remove any obligation to pay sums lawfully due.
18. Length of course access
The period for which you may access an online course will be stated on the relevant sales page or programme information.
Where we describe access as “lifetime access”, unless expressly stated otherwise, this means access for the lifetime of the particular course or programme while IntraQuest continues to host and provide it.
It does not mean the lifetime of the individual purchaser.
If IntraQuest permanently retires a course for which lifetime access has been promised, we will aim to provide reasonable notice and, where practical and legally permitted, an opportunity to download relevant downloadable resources before access ends.
19. Intellectual property
IntraQuest invests significant expertise, time and resources into developing its training, therapeutic, educational and professional materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, copyright and other intellectual property rights in IntraQuest materials are owned by, or appropriately licensed to, INTRAQUEST COMMUNITY CIC.
Protected materials may include:
-
course content;
-
training manuals;
-
facilitator manuals;
-
workbooks;
-
training slides;
-
presentations;
-
videos;
-
audio recordings;
-
diagrams;
-
frameworks;
-
models;
-
methodologies;
-
exercises;
-
activities;
-
templates;
-
worksheets;
-
illustrations;
-
graphics;
-
photographs;
-
website content;
-
downloadable resources;
-
educational content;
-
programme content;
-
branding;
-
logos;
-
course names and associated materials.
Purchasing a course, training programme, book or resource does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
You receive only the limited right to use the material in accordance with these Terms and any specific licence associated with the relevant product.
20. Your permitted use of IntraQuest materials
Unless a specific product licence states otherwise, training and digital materials are provided for the named participant’s own personal learning and professional development.
Where enabled, you may download or print materials for your own authorised use.
You must not, without prior written permission from IntraQuest:
-
copy substantial parts of our courses or training;
-
copy or reproduce course manuals;
-
distribute our digital files;
-
share paid downloads with others;
-
upload materials to a shared drive accessible by unauthorised users;
-
share member-area access;
-
record live or recorded training;
-
download or reproduce videos except where specifically enabled;
-
republish our written content;
-
sell or resell our resources;
-
license our resources to another person;
-
upload our course content to another learning platform;
-
publish course materials online;
-
translate and distribute our materials;
-
remove copyright notices;
-
remove IntraQuest branding or ownership notices;
-
present IntraQuest materials as your own;
-
create a competing course substantially based upon our training materials;
-
use our intellectual property to train, populate or create another commercial training product without written permission.
Unauthorised copying, sharing, resale or commercial exploitation of IntraQuest materials may constitute infringement of our intellectual property rights.
21. Professional use of particular programmes
Some IntraQuest training programmes may allow participants, after successful completion, to use specified:
-
activities;
-
resources;
-
frameworks;
-
methods;
-
programme descriptions;
-
professional designations
within their work.
Where this applies, the precise permissions and restrictions will be explained within the relevant programme or separate licence.
Permission to use a programme professionally does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Participants must comply with any licensing conditions attached to the programme.
22. Training does not automatically confer professional status
Completing an IntraQuest training programme does not automatically qualify or authorise someone to describe themselves as a:
-
therapist;
-
psychologist;
-
counsellor;
-
medical professional;
-
regulated healthcare professional;
unless they independently hold the relevant professional qualification or registration.
Participants must represent their training and professional status accurately.
Where an IntraQuest course grants a particular designation following successful completion, the permitted title and conditions of use will be stated within that programme.
Participants remain responsible for:
-
practising within their competence;
-
maintaining appropriate professional registration where required;
-
holding suitable insurance;
-
meeting safeguarding requirements;
-
obtaining supervision where appropriate;
-
complying with requirements of their employer;
-
complying with requirements of any relevant professional body.
23. Educational and therapeutic materials
Resources provided by IntraQuest may be designed to support:
-
therapeutic work;
-
education;
-
wellbeing;
-
professional development;
-
relational practice;
-
work with children and families.
Materials must be used within the limits of the user’s own professional competence.
Purchasing or completing a training course does not authorise a participant to undertake regulated professional activity for which they are not otherwise appropriately qualified.
24. Testimonials and results
From time to time we may share feedback, testimonials or examples of people's experiences with IntraQuest courses or services.
Individual experiences vary.
A testimonial or case study does not guarantee that another individual will achieve the same outcome.
Where training is intended to support professional development or service delivery, we do not guarantee:
-
employment;
-
income;
-
business growth;
-
client outcomes;
-
professional accreditation;
-
any particular commercial result
unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
25. Third-party platforms and services
Our website and online services may rely upon third-party providers.
These may include:
-
Kajabi;
-
Stripe;
-
PayPal;
-
email providers;
-
video platforms;
-
payment platforms;
-
social media services;
-
other technology providers.
We are not responsible for the independent terms, privacy practices or content of third-party websites.
Third-party platform availability may occasionally affect access to our own services.
Where this materially affects a paid product, we will take reasonable steps to restore or provide appropriate access.
26. Website and platform availability
We aim to keep our website and online courses available and functioning correctly.
However, continuous uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruption may occur because of:
-
maintenance;
-
upgrades;
-
technical failure;
-
internet outages;
-
hosting problems;
-
third-party system failures;
-
cybersecurity incidents;
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Temporary interruption does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
However, where a significant or prolonged interruption materially prevents delivery of something you have purchased, we will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation and comply with our legal obligations.
27. Website security and prohibited activity
You must not intentionally:
-
introduce viruses or malicious software;
-
attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
-
interfere with website security;
-
attempt to access another user’s account;
-
attack our website;
-
scrape protected course materials on a large scale;
-
bypass access controls;
-
circumvent payment mechanisms;
-
misuse digital content.
We may take appropriate action to protect our website, customers and intellectual property where misuse is identified.
28. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict:
-
liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
statutory consumer rights;
-
liability that cannot legally be excluded;
-
rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods;
-
rights relating to defective digital content;
-
rights relating to services not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Subject to applicable law, we will not normally be responsible for losses resulting from:
-
misuse of our materials;
-
reliance upon general website information instead of appropriate professional advice;
-
unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep login details secure;
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where you are purchasing as a consumer, these Terms will always be interpreted consistently with applicable consumer protection law.
29. Business and organisational customers
Some IntraQuest services and training are purchased by:
-
schools;
-
local authorities;
-
charities;
-
Community Interest Companies;
-
companies;
-
professional practices;
-
other organisations.
Separate contractual, commissioning, licensing or payment arrangements may apply to these purchases.
Where IntraQuest and an organisation enter into a separate written agreement, that agreement will take priority to the extent that it conflicts with these general website Terms.
30. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.
Privacy Notice:
www.intraquest.co.uk/privacy-policy

31. Complaints
We aim to provide high-quality products, training and services.
If you have a concern about:
-
an online purchase;
-
course access;
-
a payment;
-
digital content;
-
a physical product;
-
our website;
-
training administration;
please contact:
We will aim to investigate concerns fairly and respond within a reasonable period.
Clinical, therapeutic, safeguarding or professional complaints may be dealt with under separate IntraQuest complaints or professional procedures.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
32. Events outside our reasonable control
We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.
Examples may include:
-
severe weather;
-
natural disasters;
-
significant internet failure;
-
widespread technology outages;
-
government restrictions;
-
public health emergencies;
-
serious venue failures;
-
other events that could not reasonably have been avoided.
Where such circumstances affect something you have purchased, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
33. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version that applies to a purchase will normally be the version in force when the relevant contract was formed.
Updated Terms will be published on our website with a new review date.
We will not retrospectively change material contractual terms simply by updating the website where doing so would unfairly disadvantage an existing customer.
34. If part of these Terms is unenforceable
If a court or competent authority determines that any part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply so far as legally possible.
35. No waiver
If IntraQuest does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
36. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
Where permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
