Meet The Team

Hi I’m Jen, one of the founding directors here at IntraQuest.

I help to oversee all of our Wellbeing services which includes supporting our staff and their schools, plus everything that goes on at our own centre. My background is as a play therapist, however, over the years I’ve added to my skill set with modalities like Filial Therapy, AUTPlay Therapy & Animal Assisted Therapy.  I’m in the fortunate position to be able to ‘dream’ alongside our families and therapists and co-create a business that exudes hope.  I love what I do, and am passionate about helping others to find their souls purpose, which often begins with giving yourself time to slow down and reflect. For me, animals help me to slow down. They draw me out of my head and sometimes their playfulness alone can turn my ‘frown’ upside down.

I’m also a self-confessed coffee snob! Love a freshly brewed coffee, especially a vanilla latte or two! Anyway, thanks for stopping by and getting to know me a little better, I wish you well on your healing journey.
