Tracy joins IntraQuest with a wealth of experience rooted in education, pastoral leadership, and relational practice. Having worked across multiple schools and complex systems, she understands first-hand the emotional load carried by professionals in frontline roles. She knows the pace, the pressure, the safeguarding realities - and the quiet toll it can take.

Alongside her educational background, Tracy brings a strong counselling foundation that shapes her calm, measured approach. She listens deeply, thinks systemically, and holds complexity without becoming overwhelmed by it. Her perspective is always whole-person and whole-system - recognising that professionals don’t leave their humanity at the classroom door.

In reflective supervision, Tracy offers a steady, containing presence. Her style is warm but clear, spacious but purposeful. She creates psychologically safe environments where people can pause, breathe, and think - sometimes for the first time all week. Having experienced IntraQuest supervision herself, she values the privilege of offering others that same protected space.

What struck Tracy immediately about joining IntraQuest were the small, thoughtful details - finishing a cup of coffee while it’s still warm, using a bathroom with an actual towel to dry your hands.
