Lizzie brings a rare depth of experience and heart to her dual role at IntraQuest. With a long career in education, including many years as a Head Teacher, she understands the unique pressures faced by those working in emotionally demanding and leadership roles.

She is a qualified Executive Coach, Clinical Supervisor, and ADHD Coach, known for her ability to hold space that is both grounding and transformative.

In her coaching work, Lizzie supports young people, leaders, educators, and neurodivergent professionals to slow down, gain perspective, and create intentional, values-led change. Her approach is calm, structured, and reflective, drawing on well-established models and frameworks, yet always deeply attuned to the individual. Clients consistently speak of the clarity, confidence, and renewed sense of direction they find through working with her.

In her role as a Reflective Supervisor, Lizzie offers something beautifully different. These sessions are person-centred, holistic, and spacious — an intentional pause where the focus is not on performance, but on the human being beneath the role. With warmth, curiosity, and compassion, Lizzie creates a confidential environment in which professionals can be real, be seen, and reconnect with themselves and their work.

At IntraQuest, Lizzie is affectionately known as our “Fairy Godmother.” She brings a nurturing, steady energy into the centre — often with a sparkle in her eye, a bold splash of colour in her outfit, and a laugh ready to escape. A woman of contrast, she can hold profound professional insight one moment and be found giggling in the kitchen or twirling to music the next. Her presence lightens the load, reminds us to breathe, and models what it means to lead with both soul and playfulness.
