It is so important to us that we operate ethically and assess every client, case, situation and need on it’s own merit. We will always be open and honest in our assessment, and about how we can or cannot support the situation, and the only thing we are intolerant of is intolerance. Awareness of our own behaviour and practises is paramount.

Resilience – it’s tough out there. A lot of our clients have either personal challenges or difficult roles. They need to count on our support in their ever-changing environment. We need to be able to adapt well to their challenges and meet their needs, sometimes even if that puts us out of our comfort zone.
